We had a wonderful stay at Jumeirah Makkah. The hotel is exceptionally clean, elegant, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, with easy access to the Grand Mosque, making our Umrah journey much more convenient. The staff were welcoming, respectful, and always ready to help with a smile. The service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well maintained, and the facilities exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend Jumeirah Makkah to anyone visiting Makkah, and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

Assalam, we are from Brunei Darussalam (Asian Country). We stay there for 4 days. Location from gate King Abdul Aziz is 5 min walk. Room is very nice, clean & comfort. Less noise room walkway cos our is at level 21. View is amazing beautiful (kaabah view, have to pay extra). Breakfast is included & food is great. Staff is friendly, helpful & good looking. The elevator is well organised according to room level. The hotel is next to zam zam tower shopping mall. The basement will always have taxi waiting for thus who want to go out of haram area such as to masjid aiysah to do miqat. We’ll come back to stay there again ☺️

An unforgettable stay at Raffles Makkah Palace. The Panoramic One-Bedroom Suite with Kaaba View exceeded all expectations. Waking up to the breathtaking view of the Holy Kaaba was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The suite was spacious, luxurious, and impeccably maintained. Service was exceptional, breakfast was excellent, and the direct access to Masjid al-Haram made our Umrah journey incredibly comfortable. Worth every penny for the view, comfort, and memories. We would definitely stay here again, insyaAllah. ❤️

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and feels brand new. The rooms are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. One of the best things about this hotel is its location, it's just a short walk from Al Haram, which made everything so convenient. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Makkah!

Excellent 5-star hotel. Close to the Haram. The highlight is the world's highest prayer room on the 36th floor. Very luxurious reception area. Nicely furnished. Approximately 8 minutes walk to the Haram.

The place is very clean, and the location is excellent and convenient, especially its proximity to the mosque. The breakfast is varied and delicious. I'd also like to thank the front desk staff, Ms. Asala, for her professional and polite service.

Everything was quiet, peaceful, and very clean. The staff were polite, the transfer was excellent, and breakfast was good. Overall, it's a good hotel with soft bedding, no unnecessary fuss, and convenient appliances. There's even an iron and ironing board, which is handy and quite rare. There's a beautiful mosque within walking distance, which is very convenient and comfortable when it's hot outside. The hotel also has a great spot for relaxation and prayer.

I’ve stayed four days and enjoyed the daily bus service to Haram it was 24/7 days, the receptionists are professional and approachable. The room service was friendly and supportive. The room was mid clean not immaculate but it was nice, the TV was working well. The fridge is not cooling very much but its fine.

The hotel was basic. The rooms were basic, the bathroom was very tight. The location was good. The house keeping Team were brilliant they gave you what you wanted. The porters were brilliant and very helpful. The people on reception did not understand English properly and when I was communicating with them they did not understand me, that was awkward. The receptionist did not have good English. The sercurity guards were very helpful they would always help me bring the Wheelchair inside the hotel. The lifts are very good size and they came on time, did not need to wait long. Overall I had a good experience with this hotel I would book again

She was a wonderful example of dedicated nationals who go above and beyond to serve the guests of God (referring to pilgrims or visitors to holy sites) with such warmth, cheerfulness, and excellent service. My thanks also go to the buffet staff and our Saudi coffee server, Abdulmajeed, and the rest of the team. Thanks to everyone for a truly unique experience!
